Sto sponsors Architectural Photography Exhibition in İstanbul

June 16, 2022 - June 22, 2022
Winner Fernando Guerra

Ten Years of The Architectural Photography Awards (APA)

Sto is a proud supporter and sponsor of The Architectural Photography Awards (APA) – which are held every year at the World Architecture Festival (WAF). After a preselection process by a jury of renowned Architects and experts from the Architecture and design industries, the delegates of the WAF are asked to vote for their favourite image from number of categories and are asked to look beyond the architecture and consider the composition of the images themselves. The winning photographer and image are then announced at a gala dinner at the end of the festival.

In 2022 the APA celebrates its tenth anniversary and long-time APA sponsor Sto is organising a special celebration event in Istanbul, where a selection of winning photos from various categories since 2012 will be exhibited.

The exhibition will take place from 16.06 to 22.06, in an art gallery in Beyoğlu, a popular and historical district of Istanbul with many architectural highlights and architects’ studios. Open hours are daily from 12:00 to 19:00 (Sunday 19.06 closed). Admission is free. Architects, students and photographers and everyone interested in architectural photography are welcome to attend
