Sto is a main partner for this year's installation by Simone Micheli during Milan Design Week 2024. Upon the conclusion of this event, this pavillon will be relocated and reused at its new home at Sto Italia's headquarters in Empoli, Tuscany where it will become a showroom for Sto products & systems.

This installation will present the PATH project in a virtual and immersive way, of the exclusive Adriatic resort town of Porto San Vito in Grado, Friuli-Venezia Giulia. Developed over an area of 37 hectares, this development was conceptualised by Andrea Bigot and designed by Simone Micheli. This installation presents a dimension that goes well beyond the formal layout and technolgical aspect of the redevelopment area, rather it embraces a "new paradigm of luxury" - that of the value of time to spend on our beloved Earth. It is a playful space dedicated to universal wellbeing, of a new urbanism characterised by innovative components and lexicons, of a strong iconicity, through the use of advanced technology in order to enhance efficiency, sustainability, and quality of life.

Perfectly connected to the geometries and theoretical dictates of PATH, this installation takes the form of a monolithic and anti-canonical volume that acts as a symbolic container, designed to offer the visitor a sort of guided, immersive, augmented reality virtual journey (Cross Vision for the future).

The distinctive three-dimensional space has been constructed from wood, clad in EPS and finished with a primed and painted interior and exterior. The space includes a specially created stoneware floor, large glass panes with wire mesh, three high performance video walls, lighting effects, fragrance and extraordinary audio.
